Matthias Kampa experimented with physics and technology at an eary age and developed industrial hardware and software while still in school and during his studies of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Technical Informatics with a focus on Biomedical Engineering at RWTH Aachen. Around 2018 he found the perfect specialization for his interdisciplinary skillset and creative drive in neuromorphic engineering and is currently a senior engineer for neuromorphic systems at Fraunhofer IIS while persuing other bionic algorithms in the application of digital morphogenesis to 3D printing and art.
